Job Description About the Role
nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our Doors & Windows product portfolio across Lucknow. The incumbent will be responsible for channel expansion, project sales, key account management, and developing strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, fabricators, and dealers.
n Key Responsibilities
n Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.n
- Drive revenue growth through channel sales, project sales, and institutional sales.n
- Identify and develop current business opportunities within the Doors & Windows segment. n
- Increase market penetration and brand visibility across the territory.n

n Channel Management

- n
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors, and fabricators.n
- Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners and ensure business growth.n
- Conduct regular market visits and partner engagement activities.n




- Monitor channel performance and implement improvement plans where required.n

n Project Sales & Specification

- n
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and consultants.n
- Generate product specifications and secure approvals in upcoming projects.n
- Track project pipelines and ensure conversion into business opportunities.n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of project requirements.n

n Market Intelligence

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.n
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights for product and business improvements.n
- Identify emerging opportunities within the Doors & Windows industry.n

n Collection & Reporting

- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.n
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, market reports, and MIS updates.n
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
