- Farm and develop new vendor/implementation partner relationshipsn
- Participate in hiring, training and performance managementn
- Drive submissions, interviews and placementsn
- Analyze submission → interview → placement ratios and identify performance gapsn
- Develop strategies to improve recruiter and consultant productivityn
- Stay current on U.S. IT recruitment and technology market trendsn
- Solid working knowledge of H-1B, OPT/STEM OPT, EAD and C2C/W2 staffing compliancen
