- 5-8 years of proven work experience in Key Account Management.n
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.n
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.n
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.n

- Cross-sell & Up-sell: Identify and develop cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by strengthening customer relationships and establishing trust.n
- Financial Acumen:



Demonstrate a solid understanding of gross margins and contract negotiation to maximize profits.n
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and establish healthy connections with CXOs.n
- Solution Delivery: Provide Marketing Automation, Email marketing, Analytics, AI Personalization, and Mobility solutions to clients from different verticals.n
- Customer Success: Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and maximize retention.n
