Job DescriptionA global landscape architecture and engineering practice in Indiranagar is hiring an Associate Landscape Architect & Studio Manager with an experience range of 10-15 years, to lead landscape architecture projects and oversee the day-to-day operations of its Bengaluru studio.
nThe role combines senior-level landscape design and project leadership with responsibility for studio operations, resource planning, team management, administrative coordination, and skilled standards. The position will work with senior leadership and coordinate with teams across different locations.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead conceptual landscape design across projects of varying scales and typologies.n




- Manage multiple landscape architecture projects from bid stage through project completion.n
- Develop design solutions in line with project scope, programme, budget, quality, and technical requirements.n
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, review designs, and resolve project issues.n
- Lead project briefings, design reviews, and coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders.n
- Ensure project delivery complies with applicable authority requirements and established quality standards.n
- Monitor project progress and financial performance and report to senior management as required.n
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level landscape architecture team members.n
- Coordinate with other disciplines and studio teams to support integrated project delivery and resource sharing.n
- Oversee staffing levels, workload distribution, and studio capacity in coordination with relevant team l
