Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an Event Planner – Sales & Site Events to plan, coordinate, and execute customer-focused events at Cityplots project sites.
nThe person will be responsible for planning sales events, site visits, customer engagement activities, property launch events, weekend events, and promotional activities that generate walk-ins and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
nKey Responsibilities
nEvent Planning & Execution

- Plan and execute sales events at Cityplots project sites.n
- Organize weekend events, property launches, customer meets, family events, and promotional activities.n
- Create event concepts and themes that attract potential customers.n
- Prepare event schedules, activity plans, manpower requirements, and budgets.n
- Coordinate with vendors for catering, decoration, branding, entertainment, AV, photography, and other event requirements.n
- Ensure events are executed professionally and on time.n
nSales & Lead Generation

- Work closely with the Sales Team to plan events based on sales targets and project requirements.n
- Design events that generate qualified leads and site visits.n
- Plan customer engagement activities to increase walk-ins and enquiries.n
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up after every event.n
- Track event-generated leads, site visits, bookings, and conversions.n
nSite Event Management

- n
- Take complete ownership of event execution at project sites.n
- Coordinate site readiness, branding, customer reception, refreshments, activities, and guest experience.n
- Ensure the site is presentable and event-ready before customers arrive.n
- Handle on-ground issues and ensure smooth customer experience.n
nMarketing Coordination

- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Creative Teams for event promotions.n
- Support WhatsApp, social media, SMS, email, and other promotional campaigns.n
