Job DescriptionThe project head must have experience in the construction of High Rise Building project.
nLead a team of engineers for the overall construction activities at sites. Job includes on time delivery of projects within the budget with safety and quality consciousness; will be responsible for managing employees, contractors and stakeholders, government authorities and public relations for successful completion of project. Reports to the senior management on day-to-day progress and MIS reporting for various stakeholders.

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the projectn
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreementsn
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authoritiesn
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitationsn
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be metn




- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequaciesn
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilitiesn
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when neededn
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reportsn
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issuesn

- Minimum Experience – 20 Yearsn
