Job Description Key Responsibilities n Communications Strategy, Planning & Content n n Develop, manage and deliver structured communication strategies and plans aligned to program milestones, deployment waves and Central CMO standards. n Translate complex program, process and technology information into transparent, practical and audience-specific messages. n Design, manage and deliver multi-channel communication campaigns for diverse stakeholder groups across a complex, matrixed environment. n Draft, package and schedule recurring program and end-user communications across agreed channels (email, intranet/SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage). n n Change Agent / Champion Network n n Coordinate and support tower-specific change agent network activities across the program. n Develop and distribute pre- and post-meeting content; facilitate change agent network sessions and maintain the network roster. n Keep change agents informed, equipped and engaged so they can cascade key messages into their teams. n n Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement n n Partner with program leadership, HR, business leaders, SMEs, implementation partners and change champions to ensure integrated communication delivery. n Support leader- and manager-facing materials (talking points, briefings) to enable cascade and visible sponsorship. n Enable stakeholder readiness so impacted groups understand the change and are prepared to adopt new ways of working. n n Engagement & Readiness Tracking n n Track stakeholder engagement, sentiment and participation; support engagement and readiness scorecard inputs. n Surface adoption risks and readiness gaps early and coordinate follow-up with Change Leads and the Central CMO. n Provide reinforcement and sustainment support around key milestones and deployment waves. n n Required Skills & Experience n n Solid grounding in organizational change management (OCM) principles, change networks and stakeholder engagement.



n Strong communications craft — writing, packaging and channel management for large transformation audiences. n Experience running change champion / agent networks and tracking engagement, sentiment and readiness. n Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working across functions and geographies to Central CMO standards. n n Qualifications n n 5+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, marketing communications, business analysis, content design, digital campaigns, or related business communication roles. n At least 2 years of experience supporting change communication, organizational transformation, ERP implementation, technology adoption, or large-scale business change programs. n Demonstrated experience supporting ERP or enterprise technology programs such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is highly desirable. n Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training enablement, and adoption methodologies; exposure to Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks is preferred. n Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex program, process, and technology information into clear, practical, and audience-specific messages. n Proven ability to design, manage, and deliver multi-channel communication campaigns for diverse stakeholder groups in complex, matrixed environments. n Strong proficiency in digital communication and collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage/Yammer, email campaign tools, presentation tools, and intranet or content management platforms. n Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, program teams, business stakeholders, HR, training teams, vendors, and external partners while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. n Strong attention to detail, stakeholder orientation, content quality mindset, and ability to operate in a fast-paced transformation environment. n
