n Valenso Spaces is a premium corporate interior design and build company delivering high-quality workplace environments. We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and technical coordination of premium corporate interior projects from concept to handover.
n Key Responsibilities
n • Lead concept design, space planning and design development for corporate interior projects
n • Prepare and review layout plans, working drawings and GFC drawings
n • Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams and project managers
n • Guide architects and designers throughout the design process
n • Ensure design quality, functionality and compliance with project requirements
n • Coordinate material selection, finishes and design specifications
n • Support estimation and procurement teams with technical inputs
n • Attend client presentations,



design reviews and site meetings
n • Resolve site-related design issues during execution
n Required Skills
n • Strong expertise in corporate office interior design
n • Excellent space planning and technical detailing skills
n • Knowledge of building services and MEP coordination
n • Solid leadership, presentation and communication skills
n • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
n Software Skills
n • AutoCAD
n • SketchUp / Revit
n • Enscape / Lumion
n • Adobe Photoshop
n • MS Office
n Qualifications
n • B.Arch or M.Arch
n • Experience in corporate interior design & build projects preferred
