Job Description WE'RE HIRING | SENIOR SALES OFFICER – FMCG
n Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
n Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat is required
n Job Type: Full-time
n Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + incentives, depending on experience/interview
n We are looking for an energetic and experienced Senior Sales Officer (SSO) to join our team.
n Industry Preference:
n Candidates from Dry Fruits, Nuts, Spices or FMCG Food companies will be highly preferred.
n Key Responsibilities:
n • Achieve sales targets and expand distributor & retailer networks
n • Manage distributors, ROI, collections and trade promotions
n • Lead, train and motivate Sales Executives
n • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
n • Coordinate with Supply Chain & Marketing teams for product availability and visibility
n • Develop and maintain strong distributor/retailer relationships
n What We're Looking For:
n • Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred
n • 1–4 years of FMCG Sales experience
n • Experience in Dry Fruits, Nuts,



Spices or Food FMCG is preferred
n • Strong knowledge of Ahmedabad and Gujarat markets
n • Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
n • Good distributor/dealer management experience
n • Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat
