n n Roles & Responsibilities:
n • Manage the CEO's daily calendar, meetings, priorities, and correspondence across time zones
n • Travel with the CEO for business across the GCC, Europe, and beyond — handling all logistics end-to-end
n • Coordinate with vendors, production partners, logistical partners, and external collaborators; track and follow through on deliverables
n • Assist with ZAVI production timelines and monitor deadlines across the company; work closely with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
n • Capture quality on-ground photos and videos for ZAVI's social media channels and the Founder's personal social channels
n • Provide attentive childcare support for the CEO's young child during travel




n • Manage home affairs and oversee household staff on behalf of the CEO
n • Run personal errands and provide lifestyle support as required
n Requirements:
n • Must be based in Mumbai
n • Has a history of receiving international visas (any country); comfortable travelling independently, with the family, and at short notice
n • Good eye for social media content with the ability to independently capture quality photos and videos
n • Prior experience as a PA, EA, or in a household/childcare management role is a plus
n • Solid written and spoken English
n • Comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, communication, and coordination
n Personality
n • Warm, patient, and genuinely good with young children
n • Highly organised and proactive — you anticipate needs before they are voiced
n • Discreet and trustworthy with personal and professional matters
n • Calm under pressure and adaptable when plans change
n • Curious about fashion, sustainability, or brand-building
