Compensation: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month, based on portfolio and experience

Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.

About Spruce Up Industries
n
Spruce Up builds industrial cleaning machinery for Indian roads, including the Jatayu Super and Stratus 330.
n
We are launching Spruce Up Studio, an in-house production capability for creating high-quality product films, training videos, service content, corporate films, advertisements and internal learning material.
n
Our goal is to produce multiple videos every month with strong storytelling, excellent production value and a consistent visual identity.
n
The Role
n
We are looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who will lead post-production and visual-design work for Spruce Up Studio.
n
You will edit long-form and short-form videos, create motion graphics, thumbnails, static posts and advertising creatives. You will also participate in brainstorming and pre-production, and frequently accompany the producer on shoots.
n
This is not a desk-only editing position. You should be comfortable assisting on location, operating a second camera and helping ensure that the team captures the footage required for the final edit.

What You'll Do
n
n
- Edit product, service, training, corporate and internal videos
n
- Create reels, Shorts, advertisements and sales-team cut-downs
n
- Develop thumbnails, static social posts and digital ad creatives
n
- Add subtitles, specification labels, feature callouts and motion graphics
n
- Colour-grade footage and clean dialogue, voiceovers, music and machine audio
n
- Participate in concept development, storyboarding and shot-list preparation
n
- Join shoots and assist with cameras, framing, audio and footage management
n
- Flag missing shots or technical requirements before and during production
n
- Organize raw footage, project files, templates and final exports
n
- Help establish Spruce Up Studio's post-production and visual-brand systems
n

Must-Haves
n
n
- 2–4 years of professional video-editing or multimedia-design experience
n
- A portfolio demonstrating long-form editing, short-form content and graphic design
n
- Professional proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
n
- Working knowledge of After Effects or comparable motion-graphics tools
n
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar design software
n
- Strong understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, colour and audio
n
- Ability to create thumbnails, static posts and advertising creatives
n
- Basic camera, framing and location-production knowledge
n
- Willingness to participate frequently in shoots
n
- Strong file-management and deadline-management habits
n
n
Outstanding to Have
n

- Experience with industrial, automotive, manufacturing or technical content
n
- Experience operating a second camera, gimbal or location-audio equipment
n
- Sound-design and audio-mixing skills
n
- Product photography and image-retouching experience
n
- Experience creating high-performing YouTube and social-media content
n
- Hindi and Marathi communication skills
n
