nFixed Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives: ₹7,000 - ₹10,000 per month + Yearly Bonuses.

nRole Overview




nWe are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead performance training programs for athletes and active individuals. The ideal candidate will bring strong coaching expertise, sports science knowledge, leadership potential, and a passion for creating world-class client experiences.
nThis role extends beyond coaching and includes mentorship, project ownership, operational excellence, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

- BSc in Sports Science / Exercise Science / Strength & Conditioning.n
- Minimum 3 years of full time experience in a Sports Academy, Professional Sports Team, High Performance Center, or Elite Fitness Facility.n
