nRole Description Key Responsibilities
n* Explain resort facilities, packages, offers and experiences to customers.
n* Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
n* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
n* Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
n* Coordinate with the resort team regarding availability and bookings.




n* Make outbound/cold calls to potential customers.
n* Generate leads for resort bookings and packages.
n* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
n* Build and maintain a database of prospective customers.
n* Work towards daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
n* Follow up consistently until the lead is converted or closed.
n* Maintain good customer relationships before and after booking.
