nWe are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to manage customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and support business growth through effective communication and customer engagement strategies.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.n
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.n
- Follow up with customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.n
- Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.n
- Track customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.n
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues.n
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.n
- Conduct regular follow-ups to increase customer retention and repeat business.n
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions, leads, conversions,



and follow-ups.n
- Ensure timely communication with customers throughout the sales and service journey.n
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.n
- Achieve assigned customer engagement, retention, and conversion targets.n

nRequirements

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.n
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, sales coordination, or customer service.n
- Good verbal and written communication skills.n
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.n
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel/Google Sheets.n
- Valuable follow-up and problem-solving abilities.n
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.n
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.n
