nRole Description
nWe are seeking someone who can actively drive new business opportunities while also managing and nurturing key client relationships. The ideal candidate understands both the strategic and execution side of marketing digital, offline, and brand-led campaigns — and is comfortable working closely with clients across industries, especially real estate. This role is ideal for someone who is target-oriented, entrepreneurial, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
nKey Responsibilities:
nBusiness Development
n• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across sectors,



with a focus on real estate and allied
nindustries
n• Build and nurture a solid pipeline through networking, references, meetings, and relationship-building
n• Lead client pitches, presentations, proposals, and negotiations
n• Generate revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships and marketing solutions
n• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
nAccount Management
n• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts• Act as the primary point of contact for key
nclients
n• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
n• Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
nStrategic Collaboration
n• Understand market trends and consumer behavior
n• Work closely with creative, digital, content, and media teams
n• Contribute to campaign strategy, client retention, and growth initiatives
