We're looking for a Junior Accounts Executive with hands-on Zoho Books experience to support day-to-day accounting and finance administration — primarily Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, accounting entries, reconciliations, and finance admin work.

- Create and maintain sales invoices in Zoho Books; record customer receipts and adjust against invoicesn
- Maintain customer-wise receivable reports and perform regular customer account reconciliationsn
- Help resolve invoice and payment-related queriesn
- Record vendor bills and expenses in Zoho Books; verify invoices and supporting documents before accountingn
- Record vendor payments, maintain vendor ledgers, and track outstanding payables with payment schedulesn
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies; coordinate with vendors on invoice/payment queriesn
- Pass routine accounting entries and perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliationsn




- Support month-end closing and maintain proper documentation and accounting recordsn
- Assist the finance team with basic MIS and accounting reportsn
- Handle day-to-day finance administration, including maintaining invoices and supporting recordsn
- Coordinate with internal teams for required invoices and documentsn
- Support statutory compliance data preparation (GST, TDS) and assist during auditsn

nWhat we're looking for

- n
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accountingn
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance operationsn
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatoryn
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeepingn
- Positive understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payablen
- Experience with bank, customer, and vendor reconciliationn
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheetsn
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with good do
