nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for highly driven and aggressive Inside Sales Executives to support the
nexpansion of our franchise network. This role involves engaging with company-generated
nleads, explaining the franchise business opportunity, and qualifying prospects before
nhanding them over to the Business Development team.
nAs the average investment by franchise partners is ₹30 lakhs and above, we are looking for
nprofessionals who have experience selling high-value products or services and can
nconfidently engage with business owners, HNIs, and senior decision-makers.
nKey Responsibilities




n• Contact and engage company-generated leads through phone calls and virtual interactions.
n• Explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, returns, and growth opportunity.
n• Conduct first-level qualification based on investment capacity, location preference, business background, and seriousness of intent.
n• Make a high volume of outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-ups.
n• Build trust and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel.
n• Update all lead interactions and progress accurately in the CRM system.
n• Coordinate with the Franchise Development team to ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
n• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification targets.
n• Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and follow-up discipline.
