Key Responsibilitiesn• Market IT consultants to vendors, MSPs, and clients
n• Handle consultant profile submissions and follow-ups
n• Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models
n• Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities
n• Support rate negotiations and contract closures
n• Maintain consultant documentation and compliance
n• Achieve assigned performance targets
Preferred Skillsn• Experience in US IT Bench Sales or US Staffing




n• Understanding of US staffing processes and IT technologies
n• Strong communication and negotiation skills
n• Knowledge of US work authorization categories
n• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment and US night shifts
