We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Typist to handle typing, documentation, and basic data entry work. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, accuracy, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Type and prepare documents, letters, reports, and other office materials.
- Enter and update data accurately in computer systems.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical documents.
- Format documents using MS Word and other basic office applications.
- Proofread typed documents and correct spelling or formatting errors.
- Handle printing, scanning, and document-related tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of office records and information.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements




- 6 Months–1 Year of relevant experience as a Typist, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Valuable spelling and grammar skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
