Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tunnel Oven Operator with solid hands-on knowledge of tunnel oven operation, temperature setting, bread/rusk moisture control, oven maintenance, band tracking, and shop-floor manpower handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor Tunnel Oven for continuous and smooth production.
- Set and control oven temperature according to product SKU, recipe, production requirements, and climatic conditions.
- Monitor and control bread/rusk moisture as per product specifications.
- Ensure proper oven temperature profile and baking parameters.
- Monitor oven performance and identify abnormalities during production.
- Perform scheduled/basic Tunnel Oven maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team for major issues.
- Monitor and maintain proper oven band tracking to ensure smooth operation.
- Control and minimize rusk/bread wastage during production.
- Ensure smooth operation of bread feeder, oven drive, and slicing equipment.
- Prevent breakdowns through proper monitoring and preventive maintenance practices.




- Handle and coordinate approximately 20 manpower on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, hygiene, and food safety requirements are achieved.
- Maintain proper production, oven temperature, moisture, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments for smooth operations.
- Follow GMP, food safety, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Tunnel Oven Operation.
- Knowledge of oven temperature setting and baking parameters.
- Knowledge of bread/rusk moisture control.
- Knowledge of oven band tracking.
- Knowledge of Tunnel Oven preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge of bread feeder and oven drive operation.
- Experience in controlling production wastage.
- Strong manpower handling and shop-floor management skills.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Food Processing / Bakery Manufacturing.
- Candidates with experience in Bread, Rusk or Bakery Production will be preferred.
- Should have practical knowledge of Tunnel Oven operation and maintenance.
- Should be capable of handling a team of approximately 20 manpower.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
