About the Role

Scarlz Moments Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly organized Travel Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day travel operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in itinerary planning, package costing, vendor coordination, booking management, and customer support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a growing travel company and directly contribute to delivering smooth, memorable, and high-quality travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create customized domestic and international travel itineraries and holiday packages.
- Prepare accurate quotations and assist with package costing and budgeting.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, activity partners, and other travel vendors.
- Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, travel arrangements, and operational updates.
- Coordinate with customers before and during their trips to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Handle operational changes, cancellations, last-minute requirements, and customer concerns efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, vendors, and travel partners.
- Negotiate competitive rates and ensure service quality when required.
- Support the sales and operations teams with quotations, package details, and customer coordination.




- Ensure smooth trip execution from booking confirmation through trip completion.
- Maintain accurate records and updates using CRM and operational tools.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and improving SOPs and operational processes.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Travel & Tourism, Tour Operations, Itinerary Planning, Travel Coordination, or Travel Sales.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian destinations, hospitality vendors, and transport logistics is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of domestic and international travel destinations and operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer handling, people interaction, and relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation and vendor coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of itinerary planning, package costing, and budgeting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage operational challenges effectively.
- Ability to follow and improve SOPs and operational frameworks.
- Experience with CRM tools; Zoho CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.




- Any Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Multilingual candidates are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Language Requirements

- Tamil: Strong verbal communication skills.
- English: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of additional Indian or international languages will be an added advantage.
