FabMyTrip is a growing travel company committed to delivering seamless and memorable travel experiences. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to join our team and help manage end-to-end travel operations efficiently.

Role Overview The Travel Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating bookings, vendors, travel logistics, documentation, and itinerary execution. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational activities in a quick-paced travel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day travel and tour operations.

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, vendors, and travel partners.

Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and related documentation.

Manage vehicle arrangements and transportation logistics.

Communicate with vendors regarding availability, pricing, confirmations, and operational requirements.

Coordinate and monitor itinerary execution to ensure smooth trip operations.

Maintain accurate booking records, operational updates, and vendor information.

Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions during trip execution.

Follow up with vendors and partners to ensure timely service delivery.





Support process improvements and contribute to improving overall operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or equivalent qualification in any discipline.

1–2 years of relevant experience in travel operations, tour operations, travel coordination, or a related field.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of travel operations and booking processes.

Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Familiarity with travel booking platforms and operational tools.

Knowledge of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.

Experience in coordinating with hotels, transport vendors, and other travel suppliers.

Strong follow-up and vendor management skills.

Interest and experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or operations management.
