Job Responsibilities

- Assist customers with flight and travel bookings in the Italian language.
- Handle inquiries related to fares, schedules, cancellations, changes, baggage, and other travel services.
- Recommend suitable travel options and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Communicate with Italian-speaking customers through calls, emails, or chat.
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
- Follow company policies, sales targets, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Requirements

Language:Italian speaking proficiency (B1/B2 or above preferred).
- Good communication skills in Italian and English.
- Interest in travel sales and customer service.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
