Role Description The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for advising customers on domestic and international travel options and creating customized itineraries. This role includes managing travel bookings, handling reservations for flights, hotels, and tours, and ensuring all travel arrangements align with clients’ needs and budgets.

The Travel

Consultant will provide proactive customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues before and during travel.



Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate records, coordinating with suppliers, and staying updated on travel regulations, promotions, and destination information to offer informed recommendations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and coordinate tailored travel itineraries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for transportation, accommodation, and tour services efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support travelers, manage inquiries, and resolve concerns in a skilled manner.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients and suppliers.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and reservation platforms; experience with travel booking software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial; a relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.
