Chakra E-Trans Pvt. Ltd. i s pioneering Company in the field of managing Electric Bus Operations of Public Transport System (Govt. Projects). Company is having Pan India presence with Manpower strength of 1400+ employees. Head Office is situated at Nerul and have business set up in various states such as Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Haryana, Kerela,Odisha, Telangana.

Job Responsibilities :

- Ensuring smooth Day-to-Day fleet operations and optimal fleet routes to ensure non disruptive service
- Prepare and supervise daily vehicle deployment schedule, Driver allocation and ensure strict adherence to the Trip start time.
- Properly plan and ensure regular & timely vehicle charging and cleaning schedule.
- Supervising and guiding team of Route Supervisors, Charging staff, Drivers and all other support staff.
- Take regular ‘follow up report’ regarding vehicle cleanliness, charging status, trip logs, trip time adherence, trip route adherence and other necessary feedback to ensure smooth fleet operation.




- Maintain record of all the documents submitted by the staff while joining the depot operations.
- Keep an up-to-date record of depot maintenance, fire safety provisions, vehicle status, drivers' fitness status, drivers' training needs, etc.
- Preparing Daily / weekly reports, submitting the same to the Depot Manager / Depot MIS..
- Proactive in directing subordinate staff for action to be taken in case of bus breakdowns, accidents and other vehicle casualties/ other issues in depot functions.

Shift Timings : 2 different shifts Morning to Afternoon : 05:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Afternoon To Night : 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Rorating Weekly Offs

Education:

- Bachelor's (Required)

Salary : ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Languadges Known :

- Gujarati , Hindi

Experience:

- Public Transport Management System: 1 year (Preferred)
- Electric Vehicle Fleet Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
