Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with customers and dispatch teams in real time regarding job inquiries and delivery updates

- Enter and maintain job-related data in the company's internal software system

- Extract and process information received through customer emails

- Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and timely deliveries

- Allocate drivers and vehicles based on operational requirements

- Resolve operational issues, reroute orders, and handle customer concerns promptly

- Monitor live delivery status through Transport Management Systems (TMS) and GPS tracking tools

- Respond proactively to traffic delays and operational disruptions

- Track driver working hours, vehicle maintenance logs, and ensure compliance with transport regulations

- Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, inventory updates, and damage/loss claims





- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 1-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or transport operations preferred

- Solid organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), GPS tracking software, and MS Excel

- Good communication and coordination abilities

Please note - One should ne able to work in Ambala night shift role equivalent to NZST 7am to 5pm Mon-Fri and No Public holidays off as per India but Public holidays will be granted as per NZ legislation.
