- Any graduation is fine
- Need to have 5 years of experience as a transition manager (BPO only)on papers
- work location is Hyderabad
- work from the office ( No WFH)
- Immediate joiners to 15 days notice period will be considered
- CTC-30lpa(20% variables)
- 5 days working 2 week offs
- 2 way cab ( 30km radius)

What we are looking for

- Preferable with 5 - 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent understanding of contact center operation
- Sound knowledge of customer satisfaction, Net Promoter Score and quality programs
- Organizational and time management skills
- Effective facilitation skills in client and staff meetings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market

Roles and Responsibilities

- Transition Oversight: Lead and manage assigned transition processes, ensuring a smooth and productive transfer of services.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with both company and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the transition.




- Operational Tracking & Reporting: Establish and maintain a robust tracking mechanism for key operational indicators to support informed decision-making.
- Budget & Cost Management: Monitor transition spending to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
- Process & Metrics Establishment: Support the setup of key processes, define performance metrics, and develop reporting mechanisms.
- Quality & Process Compliance: Track and drive all critical process parameters to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Change Management & Transformation: Drive transformation initiatives with a strong focus on change management best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of company's Quality Management System.
- Additional Responsibilities: Carry out other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth execution of transition processes.: Support the setup of key processes, define performance metrics, and develop reporting mechanisms.
