Role Description The Training Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for staff working across CureBay’s hubs, spokes, and satellite health centers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training sessions, preparing learning materials, and supporting continuous skill development in areas such as patient interaction, service quality, and operational processes.

The Training

Specialist collaborates with functional teams to identify training needs, adapt content to different learner groups, and track training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. The role also involves maintaining training documentation,



supporting onboarding initiatives, and recommending improvements to enhance learning outcomes and performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills, with experience in planning, facilitating, and evaluating structured learning programs.
- Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills, including creating training content, modules, and materials tailored to different roles and skill levels.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with an understanding of patient-centric service standards and best practices in healthcare or service environments.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in healthcare, public health, or social impact organizations, especially in underserved markets, is an advantage.
- Ability to use digital tools for training (e.g., LMS platforms, presentation software) and to analyze training data and feedback.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Hyderabad.
