Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement training programs for healthcare professionals on the use of our digital therapeutics platform for cardiac rehabilitation

- Design and deliver sales training programs focused on effectively communicating the perks of our digital therapeutics solutions to healthcare providers and patients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials and resources.

- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve training programs.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of training initiatives.
