We are Hiring for Trainee to Executive HR Recruiter

Qualification: BEEE, BECE & BE Mech, MBA & MSW.

Years of Experience: 0 to 5 Years

CTC / Salary: 1.80 to 3.5 LPA.

Job Locations: Bangalore (Sahakarnagar) & Chennai (Avadi)

No. of Positions: 10

Role & responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and identifying candidates for Engineering and Pharma Industries
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening of applicants
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Support the team in talent pipeline building and market research
- Help maintain and update recruitment data and tools
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn and career events

Preferred candidate profile

- recently completed a degree in Human Resources,, Business, or related field
- Solid interest in recruitment and talent strategy within the manufacturing or Pharma industries
