1. Attending Service Meeting on a daily basis.
2. To Perform Product Service / Demonstration / Installation / General Visit activities, as directed by Sr. Service Engineer / Service Manager / Zonal Manager.
3. To proactively visit customers post attendance of service complaint management as directed by Sr. Service Engineer / Zonal Manage
4. Reporting on a daily basis about the service activity conducted through DAT Tool.
5. Fill in Service / Installation Reports immediately upon completion of the same through prescribed formats
6. 1. Mailing/Handover of DAT, Service / Installation Reports to Service Manager & Zonal Manager.

- To ensure customer delight by providing on site demonstration, installation as well as maintenance "As-and-when" stipulated by Sr. Service Engineer / Service Manager / Zonal Manager.
- To fill up feedback reports of General Visit / Inspection/Service/installation work by the Customer in the prescribed format




- To maintain records of all inspections, maintenance, service work carried out individually.
- To ensures that tools and equipment are properly maintained
- To plan and execute travel in consultation and approval of Sr. Service Engineer / Service Manager / Zonal Manager.
- To ensure fulfillment of service commitments on behalf of the 'Company' and allocated by Service Manager / Zonal Manager.

- While not on tour you shall carry out all your Daily Activity as instructed by Management Personnel.

Pay: ₹108,000.00 - ₹162,000.00 per year
