n We're Hiring: Graphic Designer (Fresher – Intermediate) | Immediate Hire | ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.4 LPA | Full-Time | In office

n What you'll be doing:
n n Creating high-impact visual content for social media, campaigns, and brand collateral
n Using AI image generation tools as part of your creative process — not as a crutch, but as a superpower
n Developing design systems, templates, and visual identities
n Working across formats — posts, reels covers, thumbnails, banners, decks




n Bringing ideas to life fast without sacrificing quality
n n Non-negotiable skills:
n n Adobe Photoshop
n Adobe Illustrator
n Canva (advanced, not basic)
n AI image generation tools — nano banana Pro, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, Ideogram (or similar)
n A defined niche or visual style you can show us
n n You're the right fit if:
n → You have a style that's recognisably yours — not "inspired by" everything, just everything
n → You know when something looks off and you fix it before anyone asks
n → You can take a vague idea and turn it into something that looks intentional
n → You use AI tools to generate and enhance — and you know how to prompt them properly
n → Your portfolio makes people ask "who made this?"
n A niche is mandatory.
n We don't care if it's dark editorial, bold typography, 3D surrealism, or clean minimalism — you need to have a point of view. Generalist portfolios with no direction won't move forward.
