Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager to expand its presence in the building materials industry. The role involves generating recent business, developing customer relationships, and driving sales across the Mumbai region.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
n
- Visit construction sites and meet engineers, architects, contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors.
n
- Present products and recommend suitable building material solutions.
n
- Negotiate pricing and close profitable sales agreements.
n
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
n
- Generate leads, maintain customer records, and submit daily sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building material sales.
n
- Experience in products such as fiber cement boards, gypsum boards, sandwich panels, tile adhesive, putty, pipes, marble, granite, stone, or ceramics.
n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai for field sales activities.
