Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor with expertise in editing YouTube videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, ad creatives, and performance videos . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, visual content, photography, videography, and camera handling . Experience with drone operations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Video Editing & Digital Content

n

n
- Edit YouTube videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, ads, promotional and performance videos .
n
- Create engaging, performance-driven video creatives for marketing campaigns.
n
- Optimise content as per platform-specific formats, trends, and audience behaviour.
n
- Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, sound design, and colour correction to enhance visual quality.
n

2. Photography & Videography

n

n
- Handle end-to-end photography and videography for campaigns, events, parks, attractions, and social media content.
n
- Capture high-quality photos and videos with a strong understanding of composition, framing, lighting, and visual storytelling .
n
- Plan and execute shoots independently based on creative briefs.
n

n

3. Camera & Equipment Handling

n

n
- Positive hands-on experience in operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, professional video cameras, action cameras, gimbals, and other production equipment .
n
- Knowledge of camera settings, lenses, lighting, sound, and basic production setup.
n
- Drone handling and aerial videography experience will be an added advantage.
n

4. Storytelling & Content Quality

n

n
- Develop visually compelling content aligned with the brand's creative direction and storytelling objectives.
n
- Ensure consistency in visual quality, tone, branding, and overall production standards.
n
- Experiment with creative formats and new editing techniques.
n

5. Collaboration & Delivery

n

n
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, Design, and Creative teams to execute campaigns and content requirements.
n
- Understand briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver projects within defined timelines.
n
- Manage and organise video/photo assets and maintain proper file management.
n

n

n

6. Trends & Innovation

n

n
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, content formats, photography, videography, and emerging technologies .
n
- Continuously explore new creative approaches to improve engagement and content performance.
n

n

n

Qualifications & Experience:

n

Experience

n

n
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Video Editing, Photography, and Videography.
n
- Proven portfolio demonstrating work across YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, digital ads, performance videos, and branded content .
n
- Strong hands-on experience with professional cameras and video production equipment .
n
- Experience in drone photography/videography will be an added advantage.
n

Education

n

n
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Film, Mass Communication, Media, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
