The role focuses on acquiring high-quality partners, enabling their productivity, and driving Personal Loan & Business Loan disbursement growth through structured field engagement.This is a high-impact expansion role within Finance Buddha’s emerging markets team .Key Responsibilities1. Channel Partner AcquisitionIdentify and onboard new DSAs, connectors, and channel partners across assigned statesBuild solid regional sourcing networks for Personal Loans & Business LoansDrive partner acquisition aligned with monthly onboarding targets2. Partner Activation & ProductivitySupport newly onboarded partners during early-stage setupEnable faster login-to-disbursement conversionConduct partner training on product programs, lender fitment, and documentation flows3. Relationship ManagementAct as the primary field contact for partners in the regionProvide day-to-day business support to active partnersResolve escalations and improve turnaround time coordination4.
Business Growth OwnershipDrive disbursement targets through partner engagement plansIdentify high-potential partners and scale their sourcing volumesMonitor productivity dashboards and implement corrective strategies5.
