- Responsible for monitoring ETL jobs across multi-domain enterprise data warehouse. Ensuring data is delivered on-time and accurately. Owning resolution of any issues and ensuring proper root cause analysis is documented.
- Diagnosing and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for the various system users and providing root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.
- Being accountable for performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations tasks required for the ongoing functionality of the software applications - Carrying out programming and debugging duties (develop queries/reports of varying complexity, fix programmatic issues) - Researching, recommending and implementing changes to batch ETL jobs - Create operations and support-related documentation - Ready to work in Shifts (24x7 support – 3 shifts) Required Skills - 2-4 years of IT experience - Advanced skill in configuring and supporting software applications - Valuable knowledge in writing complex SQL queries - Experience with object-oriented language (python is a Plus) - Strong understanding of job orchestration tools like Jenkins and/or Airflow, code repository tools like Git and/or Bitbucket - Strong software development and debug/troubleshooting skills - Advanced ability to research,
