Property Management Operations & Leasing SpecialistRemote (Offshore) | Full-Time | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM EST About the RoleWe're hiring an organized, self-motivated qualified to support leasing, resident services, marketing, and compliance across a U.S. market-rate and affordable housing portfolio. No prior affordable-housing experience needed. We'll train you on LIHTC, HUD/Section 8, and NJDCA processes. We're hiring for ownership, organization, and follow-through — not existing knowledge of U.S. housing programs. Growth path: As the portfolio grows, this role grows into helping train and coordinate a wider offshore team. Core ResponsibilitiesLeasing: Manage prospects from inquiry to move-in — tours, applications, screening, waitlists Marketing: Post/manage listings (Zillow, Facebook Marketplace), respond to inquiries, track conversion and occupancy Resident Relations: Handle renewals, resident concerns, and day-to-day communication Property Admin: Maintain accurate records,
