nKadkraft Systems is looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive business development across Western India.
nSince 1991, Kadkraft has been helping manufacturers Design | Build | Inspect with advanced engineering solutions covering CAD, CAE, manufacturing simulation, additive manufacturing, 3D scanning and quality inspection.
What you'll be responsible forn

- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Western Indian
- Build relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers and other manufacturing companiesn
- Identify new opportunities and build a strong sales pipelinen
- Engage CXOs, Engineering Heads, R&D; and Manufacturing teamsn




- Drive the complete sales cycle - prospecting → technical engagement → proposal → negotiation → closuren
- Work closely with application and technical teams for demos, evaluations and benchmarksn
- Represent Kadkraft at industrial exhibitions, seminars and customer eventsn
- Achieve revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecastsn

What we're looking fornMust-have:

- n
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in CAD/CAE, industrial software, engineering services or manufacturing solutionsn
- Proven experience selling to automotive OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliersn
- CAD and CAE exposure is a must - candidates must be comfortable discussing engineering design and simulation requirementsn
- Strong understanding of the automotive and modern manufacturing ecosystemn
- Awareness of emerging industry sectors and trends such as EVs, robotics, mechatronics, tool & die design, digital manufacturing and advanced engineeringn
- Solid network among engineering, R&
