nWe're seeking a Visual Designer who can bring this vision to life through stunning graphics, intuitive website designs, and creative storytelling.
nAs a Visual Designer at Posha, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity across platforms.
nWhat will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?

- Design visually engaging assets for all our brand properties: website, digital ads, social media assets, video thumbnails and visuals, emails, marketing print materials, booth design, pitch decks and app wireframes.n
- Own and enhance the UI/UX of our website and landing pages to create a seamless user experience.



Work with the development team to bring them to life.n
- Work on motion graphics to enhance visual design elements in video assets.n
- Develop brand-aligned illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance storytelling.n
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to execute campaigns and product visuals.n
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and design language across all touchpoints.n

nWhat makes you a match for us?

- n
- 3+ years of experience in graphic and visual design.n
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, website design, and creative storytelling.n
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), Figma, Sketch.n
- A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, colour theory, composition, layouts and data visualisation.n
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and web design best practices.n
