nJob Summary:
nWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RERA Manager to oversee and manage all activities related to compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). The ideal candidate will ensure timely registration of projects, adherence to RERA guidelines, and serve as the point of contact for RERA-related matters. This role requires a deep understanding of RERA laws, documentation, reporting procedures, and communication with regulatory authorities.
nKey Responsibilities:
n1. RERA Registration & Compliance
n
- n
- Handle end-to-end registration of current real estate projects under respective state RERA authorities. (Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka)n
- Ensure timely submission of necessary documentation, declarations,



and compliance forms as mandated by RERA.n
- Liaise with legal, finance, and technical teams to gather required documents for RERA filings.n

n2. Project Monitoring & Reporting

- Track and update project details on the RERA portal, including timelines, milestones, and financial disclosures.n
- Prepare quarterly/periodic updates, financial disclosures, and project status reports as per RERA norms.n
- Ensure regular reconciliation of project progress and fund utilization with data submitted to RERA.n

n3. Liaison & Coordination

- Act as the key liaison between the company and RERA authorities.n
- Attend hearings, respond to RERA notices, and represent the company in all RERA-related matters.n
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, chartered accountants, and legal consultants for certifications and affidavits required for compliance.n
