- Experience: 7–12 years in Luxury Interiors, Interior Design Sales, or Real Estate.n
- Network: Existing connections with local channel partners, architects, or developers preferred.n
- Skills: Strong negotiation, layout understanding, pipeline tracking, and target-driven closing skills.n
