Blue Yonder Functional Consultant -Area(s) of responsibility

- Lead business requirement workshops, process assessments, and fit-gap analysis to design Blue Yonder supply chain solutions aligned with customer business objectives.

- Configure and implement Blue Yonder Planning, WMS, TMS, Labor Management, SCPO, Demand Planning, Fulfillment, and Inventory Optimization modules.

- Translate business requirements into functional designs, solution blueprints, process flows, and system configuration specifications.

- Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitate business sign-offs.

- Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless solution deployment and adoption.

- Support master data management, configuration validation, process optimization,



and supply chain transformation initiatives.

- Deliver end-user training, create user guides, SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.

- Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, continuous improvement recommendations, and enhancement roadmaps for Blue Yonder solutions.
