Area(s) of Responsibility

- Responsible for Test Estimation, Planning and Managing of Testing Team for JDE Implementation and Upgrades

- Formulate / review software testing strategies for all projects under the business line.

- Provides technical design and development guidance to testing team.

- Responsible for demand planning and forecasting in collaboration with the stakeholders.

- Ensure that all testing engagements will follow the test principles, guidelines and are compliant with the overall project guidelines.

- Ensure that testing practice properly evolve to guarantee the operation, performance, and usability.

- Responsible for identifying opportunities and define the projects for improving the systems.

- Responsible for building testing roadmap, bringing in reusability, test automation and continuous improvements.

- Manage the relationship with the other IT technical Teams, such as Dev, DBA Admin and the infrastructure.
