Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced TIBCO Lead / Architect to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in TIBCO BW5/BW6, Java, Spring Boot, API integration, and microservices architecture, along with the ability to lead integration and solution architecture initiatives.

The role requires a strong technical leader who can design scalable integration solutions, troubleshoot complex production issues, and work closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BW5/BW6.
- Design and implement scalable microservices and API-based integration solutions.
- Work with Java, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, REST and SOAP APIs.
- Design and implement GraphQL-based integration solutions where required.
- Define integration and solution architecture standards and best practices.
- Analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Provide strong production support and troubleshoot critical integration issues.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, QA, and business teams.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to development teams.




- Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and reliability requirements.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software/integration development.
- Strong experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 and/or BusinessWorks 6.
- Strong Java development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Experience with Apache Camel.
- Solid knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of integration and solution architecture.
- Excellent troubleshooting and production-support skills.
- Strong communication and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills
- Enterprise integration architecture.
- Cloud and API-based integration.
- CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
