Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Textile Incharge to manage day-to-day textile department operations, ensure smooth offer execution, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate staff, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of textile products and retail operations with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Offer Execution & Sales

- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all store offers and promotions.
- Monitor and implement DBT, RBT and ATS activities as per company guidelines.
- Drive textile sales and achieve assigned department targets.
- Ensure proper product presentation, pricing, tagging and promotional displays.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products and take corrective action.

1. Customer Service

- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable textile products based on their requirements.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations professionally.
- Maintain a customer-friendly environment within the textile section.

3. Inventory Control

- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.
- Monitor inward, outward, transfers, stock adjustments and physical inventory.
- Conduct regular stock checks and identify shortages, damages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and display of textile products.




- Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for timely replenishment.

1. Staff Coordination

- Manage and coordinate textile department staff effectively.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure staff follow company SOPs, grooming standards and customer service practices.
- Train and guide team members regarding products, offers and sales processes.
- Coordinate with Store Manager and other departments for smooth operations.

Key Goals / KPIs

- Offer Execution: 100% timely implementation of DBT, RBT, ATS and promotional activities.
- Customer Service: Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Staff Coordination: Ensure effective utilization and performance of the textile team.
- Sales Performance: Achieve department-wise sales and productivity targets.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in textile retail/store operations.
- Good knowledge of textile products, fabrics and retail sales.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good team management and staff coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Target-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in retail chains, textile stores or departmental stores will be preferred.

Education - Any Graduates with relevant retail/textile experience.
