Kapoor Glass is one of India's leading manufacturers and exporters of pharmaceutical primary packaging, specialising in glass ampoules, tubular vials, and cartridges for injectable drug products. With exports to over 40 countries and a strong presence in regulated markets, we are expanding our commercial team and seeking a motivated Territory Manager – South India to support our growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies, injectable manufacturers, and contract manufacturing organisations (CMOs/CDMOs).
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers across South India.
- Promote Kapoor Glass's product range to current and prospective customers.
- Provide business development support for new projects and market studies
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and support commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including production, quality, customer service, and logistics to ensure timely customer support.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's regional growth objectives.
- Represent Kapoor Glass at customer meetings,



industry events, and trade exhibitions.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, pharmaceutical packaging, injectables or related healthcare industries.
- Exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing customers will be an advantage.
- Solid communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within South India.
- Proficiency in English and local regional languages will be preferred.
- Location of work will be WFH or from Kapoor Glass Mumbai office as/when required.
