Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the assigned sales territory.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with distributors, dealers and retail partners.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor sales activities.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
- Track competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
- Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure effective execution of company sales strategies and promotions.
- Meet customers and channel partners regularly to understand their requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–11 years of relevant FMCG Sales / Territory Sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of territory handling and field sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and relationship-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
