Job Summary The Partner Office / Agency Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through recruitment, development, and management of insurance advisors. The role involves achieving sales targets, ensuring advisor productivity, and maintaining strong customer relationships while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard quality insurance advisors/agents.

- Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve business goals.

- Drive sales of life insurance products through the agency channel.

- Support advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and customer acquisition.

- Monitor advisor performance and productivity on a regular basis.

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

- Conduct joint sales calls and provide field support to advisors.





- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and IRDAI guidelines.

- Prepare and submit business reports as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 2 to 8 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, or related industries.

- Experience in team handling and channel sales will be preferred.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Solid customer orientation and sales acumen.
