Technical Manager – GEM Tender Experts

Role: Manage GeM & Government Tender technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse GeM/Government tenders & eligibility.
- Prepare technical compliance sheets.
- Check OEM, manufacturer & certification documents.
- Prepare/verify technical bid documents.
- Ensure 100% on-time submission.
- Handle buyer clarifications.
- Coordinate with clients, OEMs & tender team.
- Identify technical disqualification risks.
- Supervise Tender Executives.

Qualification
- 3–7 years experience in GeM/Tender/E-Procurement.
- Positive knowledge of GeM, Excel, PDF & tender documentation.
- Strong technical-document reading and communication skills.

Salary
- 3–4 years: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month
- 5–7 years: ₹26,000–₹35,000/month
- Performance incentive can be added.
