Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with B2B clients on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
- Make and receive calls to existing and prospective clients regarding orders, dues, and account status
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment status
- Coordinate with the sales/accounts team to resolve payment discrepancies
- Escalate overdue accounts as per company protocol
- Build and maintain skilled client relationships over calls

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, collections,



or client servicing (B2B preferred)
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
- Strong follow-up discipline and negotiation skills
- Basic computer/MS Excel proficiency for tracking calls and payments
- Prior experience in timber, building materials, or B2B trading industry is a plus
